What is the best way to change my booking details?
Email bookings@guildfordairporttaxis.uk with your booking reference and the details you want changed. For urgent changes close to pickup time, call 01483 343960.
What are your telephone hours?
The telephone line is available from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Confirmed pre-booked airport transfers can operate outside those office hours.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Use the collection instructions supplied with your booking. If you booked Meet & Greet, the collection arrangements will be explained in your confirmation.
